Purpose/Value

The Account Activity section helps answer the following questions:

• Are the accounts accessible to the user being updated?

• Are the updates occurring on a regular cadence?

• How many accounts have been updated?

• How have updates been trending over the last six months?

• What are the top 10 updated accounts?

 

Recommended Actions (Actionable Intelligence)

Total Accounts

 

Click on the KPI to open the Account Activity Summary table. The table will reflect the filters applied on the Usage Dashboard.

 

 

Updated Accounts

 

Click on the KPI to open the Account Activity Summary table. The table will reflect the filters applied on the Usage Dashboard.

 

 

Account Activity Summary

 

Click on any bar or any date to open the Account Activity Summary table for that selected month.

 

 

Top 10 Accounts

 

1. Hover over any column to reveal a gear. The gear provides the following column options: 

• Freeze (the selected column becomes the first column and freezes during scrolling)

• Copy Values (all values in the selected column are copied)

• Autosize All Columns

• Reset All Column Widths

 

 

2. Click on the caret to toggle the values in ascending/descending alphabetical order.

 

 

3. Click on the ellipsis to open the Account Activity Detail dashboard.
