Purpose/Value

The Opportunity Activity section helps answer the following questions:

• Are the opportunities accessible to the user being updated?

• Are the updates occurring on a regular cadence?

• How many opportunities have been updated?

• How have updates been trending over the last six months?

• What are the top 10 updated opportunities?

Total Opportunities

 

Click on the KPI to open the Opportunity Activity Summary​ table. The table will reflect the filters applied on the Usage Dashboard.

 

 

Updated Opportunities

 

Click on the KPI to open the Opportunity Activity Summary​ table. The table will reflect the filters applied on the Usage Dashboard.

 

 

Opportunity Activity Summary

 

Click on any bar or any date to open the Opportunity Activity Summary​ table for that selected month.

 

 

Top 10 Opportunities

 

1. Hover over any column to reveal a gear. The gear provides the following column options: 

• Freeze (the selected column becomes the first column and freezes during scrolling)

• Copy Values (all values in the selected column are copied)

• Autosize All Columns

• Reset All Column Widths

 

 

2. Click on the caret to toggle the values in ascending/descending alphabetical order.

 

 

3. Click on the ellipsis to open the Opportunity Activity Detail dashboard.
